Travel tips and tricks

Air travel has faced unprecedented delays and cancellations in recent years. Please be prepared by following these travel tips:

Be prepared! Pack rapid COVID-19 tests for personal use at any point during your travels.

Be comfortable! While masks will be available on-site, if you have a mask preference, be prepared with masks of your choosing.

Download the airline’s mobile app! Communications, updates, and rebooking’s are managed easier and faster through the app. Should your flight get delayed or cancelled, work with the desk at the airport, rebook using the mobile app, or utilize the airline contact information directly. The ThoughtSpot team is not able to assist with flights.

Beginning May 7, 2025, all passengers 18 and older flying within the United States must have a REAL ID-compliant state-issued ID or license. You can check with your state department of motor vehicles to see if your ID is compliant.

Be early! Arrive at the airport 2.5 – 3 hours prior to take-off.

Communicate! Should you face significant delays, and this will impact your arrival date, email the ThoughtSpot mailbox with the necessary updates for your hotel reservation.

Be ready!
Pack a change of clothes in a carry-on and consider a carry-on instead of checking luggage
Pack snacks and a refillable water bottle.

    ThoughtSpot ordering overview
Customers will be using the ABC Order Mobile App to complete ordering at the tradeshow.

    • The ABC Order Mobile App is available for download on the Google Play and Apple App store, and it is encouraged that users download the app prior to coming to ThoughtSpot.
    • A limited number of devices will be available at the OrderSpot booth for users to borrow if needed, but we would like to encourage customers to use their own devices when possible.

Each customer will be required to log in with their ABC Order CRLTC username and password (this would be the same password they would use to log on to ABC Order CRLTC web).

    • Users will have access to only accounts that are associated to their user ID (if any modifications are needed support teams will be able to assist).

Once logged in to the app users will be able to start their ordering process by clicking on the ‘Start Ordering’ option from the App Dashboard (sample image below)

After clicking on ‘Start Ordering’ users can scan QR codes for the various products they would like to order. Based on the QR codes scanned, products will be added to a ThoughtSpot or Marketplace cart.

    • Puerto Rico customers must scan QR codes with a blue background to ensure they are ordering eligible products (sample QR code below).

Once they are ready to submit, users will click the submit option and can then begin another order if needed.

    • Once orders are submitted the customer can view the details of that order from within the app or on ABC Order CRLTC web.
    • New for this year Marketplace customers can Checkout within the mobile app.
