As Senior Director of Merchandising and Pharmacy Transformation Services, Andy Clarey leads the Retail Merchandising Services team and Transformation project managers responsible for helping Good Neighbor Pharmacy members improve their front ends. The Merchandising team focuses on implementing OTC planograms, ensuring stores have the right product on the right shelf for maximum exposure and sales. The Transformation team works with pharmacies to improve the appearance and functionality of their space, presenting a warm yet professional environment for patients while positioning them for the future.

Andy has been with AmerisourceBergen for nearly three decades and has held several roles within the company, including merchandising, sales and various positions within Good Neighbor Pharmacy. He is the son of a pharmacist, grew up in the basement of an independent pharmacy and is passionate about helping customers improve their stores and businesses.
