Dual access instructions

Customers with access to ABC Order that are enrolled in the SmartSource Access program can sign in to either ordering platform with one User ID and password. 

Leveraging our distribution capabilities to increase product access

As an AmerisourceBergen customer, when product is temporarily out-of-stock at your servicing distribution center, you can access a secondary supply of inventory from SmartSource to help find the product you need to serve your patients.

  • Backup inventory for temporary out-of-stock product at your primary distribution center
  • Short-dated products and one-time closeouts
  • Saturday next-day delivery – free with orders containing $300 of generics
  • Weekday next-day delivery – free for orders containing $100 of generics
