As the Director of Returns Program Solutions Programs, Scott drives the multifaceted Unsaleable Returns program, which helps pharmacies improve their profitability and cash flow by recapturing significant value from manufacturers and properly disposing of their unsaleable goods.

Prior to his current role, Scott spent 19 years managing returns processes and developing innovative solutions leveraged by warehouses, retail pharmacies, return providers and manufacturers. Before that, he spent 12 years in various finance positions in healthcare and other industries.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley.
