Good Neighbor Pharmacy
As a Good Neighbor Pharmacy business coach, Kristine works to build a strong advisor/consultant relationship with her independent pharmacy customers. She does this by delivering targeted solutions designed to improve profitability, helping pharmacy owners diagnose and address specific financial, operational or strategic problems that exist in their pharmacy. She also provides the necessary tools, education and support for them to maintain a healthy business.
Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Kristine worked for a national chain pharmacy. In her role as a district manager, she managed front-end pharmacy operations of over $450 million in annual sales across 18 stores. She was also an advisor in store operations, supporting field leadership in rolling out automated scheduling system chainwide, as well as teaching field leaders how to make connections across various metrics to diagnose root causes. She also served as a field training manager, overseeing training programs for all positions in her market and working with field leadership to ensure staffing succession plans were in place and being executed.
Kristine received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Long Island University C.W. Post.
