Although our 2020 in-person tradeshow was cancelled, we were excited to deliver all the things you love about ThoughtSpot right to your store (minus the poolside cocktails).
ThoughtSpot Live launched on September 15 and remained open through January 2021 with an immersive virtual environment offering full access to:
- Live & on-demand speakers, like general session and industry panels
- More than 40 continuing education sessions
- A virtual exhibit hall with a pharmacy, marketing lab and solutions area
While the face-to-face interactions have been greatly missed, your health remains our top priority. We’re thrilled that we were able to make this year’s event something special we could all enjoy together safely.
Good Neighbor Pharmacy of the Year Ceremony & Celebration
On Tuesday, October 20, we revealed the 2020 Good Neighbor Pharmacy of the Year award winner live on our virtual event platform! We had all three of our finalists on hand during the ceremony and invited all our members for the big announcement.
To help us all celebrate, we closed out the ceremony with a private virtual concert from Blues Traveler! The world-renowned, GRAMMY-winning rock band was originally lined up to headline the closing night party at ThoughtSpot 2020 in Orlando, Florida. We’re thrilled Blues Traveler was able to adjust their plans right along with us to bring you first-class entertainment in our virtual environment!

Virtual ThoughtSpot continuing education
ThoughtSpot Live offered access to more than 40 on-demand continuing education (CE) sessions, plus a selection of live CE webinars scheduled throughout the fall. From preparing for an audit to redefining your front end to incentivizing your team in creative ways, industry experts shared tools, knowledge and best practices for optimizing your business operations, your patients’ experience and your bottom line.
Although these CE offerings have closed, you can still view your dashboard if you participated in any courses.
