GNP members have access to our analytics system that provides insight into profitability & benchmarks KPIs against your peers.

I find the Week-at-a-Glance (WAAG) reports very useful. I can review the underpaid suspect claims to see if I can get a lower WAC with a different product. I also use it to identify price increases that were missed.

Inventory Management

Our business coaches have access to several reporting features, giving us the tools to help pharmacies monitor and optimize their inventory levels—striking the balance between having too much and too little on the shelf. Coaches use this data to calculate the inventory turns, examine the procedures for the will-call bin and return to stock, and review opportunities with slow moving items. Your coach also uses this data to examine each opportunity for your pharmacy, and works with you to craft an action plan, monitoring results and making adjustments as needed.

Reimbursement

Our Suspect Claims report allows you to review any claims that may have resulted in profit leakage, giving you the opportunity to correct it for future submissions. In addition, Good Neighbor Pharmacy provides reconciliation services to enable pharmacies to easily view their cash tied up in receivables and to simplify and systematically conduct the critical task of reconciling third party payments. Designed to help pharmacies avoid write-offs, you can easily verify third-party payments, pinpoint underpaid claims and prevent missed checks from going unnoticed. As a data-driven PSAO, your data, combined with your peers, aids in reporting MAC challenges to payers. Finally, and most importantly, this same data helps us negotiate smarter payer-contracts to maximize reimbursement.

Patient and Prescription Metrics

In addition to performance reports, Good Neighbor Pharmacy offers several adherence tools that leverage both patient and prescription metrics, including: monthly Star Ratings Report Cards, subscriptions to EQuIPP™, the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) which provides patient-level data to help pharmacies focus their efforts on the patients who are non-adherent and may be negatively impacting their performance in the Star measures, and provides one click-access to Mirixa Medication Therapy Management (MTM) cases.

In addition to utilizing these tools, our business coaches access prescriber and platinum, gold and silver patient data to identify opportunities for pharmacies.
