Front End Product and Category Selection

With the Point-of-Sale interactive dashboard report from Good Neighbor Pharmacy you have total visibility into the front end of your pharmacy. Aggregated point-of-sale data, provides you with the big picture in terms of profitability, including market basket and category reporting.

Our report provides you with comparative data on prescription only, prescription plus OTC and OTC-only transactions. KPIs are displayed on the dashboard, and include the percent of transactions for each of these transaction types. Other metrics tracked include: cough & cold, pain relief, first aid, home healthcare and other higher volume categories that provide opportunities for pharmacies to offer companion sales to prescriptions.
